At Sienna, we are seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker for evening hours. You will engage with residents, help with activities of daily living, and support their emotional and social well-being. Your compassion will enrich their lives and contribute to a culture of dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support residents with daily activities including hygiene and grooming
• Assist with communication aids and ensure mobility access
• Provide emotional, cognitive, and spiritual support
• Encourage participation in social programs
• Administer medication under supervision with training
Requirements:
• Completion of an approved Personal Support Worker program
• Compassionate and dedicated approach to care
• Detail-oriented with strong bedside manner
• Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
