Join Olathe Medical Pavilion as a Precertification Specialist responsible for patient pre-registration and insurance verification. Ensure accuracy of demographic data while supporting admissions and outpatient visits.

In this full-time role, you will identify patients for pre-registration, including new and returning patients. Duties include collecting vital demographic and insurance information and entering data into registration systems. You'll verify third-party coverage, handle pre-service collections, and ensure compliance with insurance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve un-contacted patients daily from reports

• Conduct telephone interviews to gather required data

• Enter patient information into registration systems

• Verify eligibility with third-party payors

• Collaborate with clinics on insurance coverage concerns

Requirements:

• High School Graduate or GED

• 1+ years in Epic preferred

• 1+ years in pre-registration or authorization

• Ability to handle complex patient inquiries

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
