Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with daily living activities for residents

• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately

• Attend to the physical and emotional needs of residents

• Maintain good interpersonal communication with staff and families

• Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents

Requirements:

• Certificate from a Personal Support Worker program

• Willingness to accept direction and feedback

• Experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Reliability and punctuality in attendance
