Extendicare is looking for a dedicated Personal Support Worker to join their mission-driven team. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, meal planning, and monitoring residents' health. You will engage in meaningful support, ensuring residents receive both emotional and physical care while fostering a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to care plans set by supervisors

• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care

• Monitor and report changes in residents' health

• Prepare nutritious meals as needed

• Maintain confidentiality of residents' information

Requirements:

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker program

• Experience with seniors in health services

• Strong communication skills in English and French

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Ability to perform lifting and transferring tasks
