Position: Personal Support Worker at AgeCare
Location: Downtown Toronto (Richmond / Adelaide / King)

Become a Personal Support Worker with Age Care and provide meaningful care to residents. Ensure safety and comfort in a supportive environment while following care plans.

Age Care is looking for dedicated Personal Support Workers to assist in caring for residents. You’ll monitor provided care, assist in documentation, and participate in staff education. This impactful role emphasizes following infection prevention protocols, ensuring a secure atmosphere for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor resident care and report observations

• Document care-related information as needed

• Attend in-service education sessions and workshops

• Assist in onboarding new staff as directed

• Follow IPAC policies and procedures diligently

Requirements:

• Completion of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program

• Adhere to vocational standards from training bodies

• Knowledgeable in basic sanitation and bedside care

• Familiarity with geriatric resident needs

• Commitment to maintaining resident dignity and respect
