Deliver exceptional pharmacy services as a Pharmacy Assistant with Shoppers Drug Mart. Support prescription fulfillment and customer service in a friendly community-focused environment.
In this role, you will assist in dispensing prescriptions and provide superior service to customers. You'll be integral to pharmacy operations, ensuring adherence to Standards of Practice while maintaining an organized workspace. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and gather prescription information
• Refer clinical inquiries to the pharmacist
• Process new and repeat prescription orders
• Manage cash register efficiently and securely
• Assist in prescription preparation and data entry
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Diploma from a Pharmacy Assistant program preferred
• Previous pharmacy experience is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work effectively
