Support holistic client care through recreation activities at Carrot River Integrated Facility - Health Centre. Apply communication and interpersonal skills during daytime and weekend shifts.
This part-time temporary Recreation Worker position serves clients, patients, and residents in the Recreation department. The work focuses on activities that enhance quality of life across mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and cultural dimensions. Candidates need one year of health care experience, Grade 12, and basic computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide activities supporting holistic client, patient, and resident care
- Enhance mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and cultural quality of life
- Work with special needs clients, patients, and residents
- Perform recreation duties during daytime and weekend shifts
- One year of experience in health care
- Grade 12 education
- Communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently
