Job Description: The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) / Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) is responsible to respond to the emergent and non-emergent calls for service and for providing Advanced Life Support, initial assessment, treatment and transportation of ill or injured persons in accordance with the Saskatchewan Ambulance Act and Regulations, Emergency Health Services Basic and Advance Life Support Protocols, and Saskatchewan Health Authority Policies.

Human Resources Exemption: No
Licenses- Valid Class 4 driver's license
- International Trauma Life Support Certificate (ITLS)
- Pre-Hospital Care Program
- Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) Level - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Level C Certificate (CPR)
- Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics at PCP/EMT level
