Deliver independent advanced clinical care as a Primary Care Paramedic with Medavie Health Services West in Saskatchewan. Support emergency response, transfers, and patient safety.
Shamrock provides emergency and medical services across Wadena, Wynyard, Foam Lake, and Rose Valley. This permanent position follows the National Occupational Competency Profile, Saskatchewan College of Paramedics requirements, and Medavie policies. Responsibilities include ambulance operations, transportation, and clinical care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide independent advanced clinical care
- Transport individuals during emergency and non-emergency responses
- Complete inter-facility patient transfers safely
- Maintain and operate ambulances and related equipment
- Support patient and public safety initiatives
- Registered Primary Care Paramedic with Saskatchewan College of Paramedics
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 4 Driver's License or equivalent
- Current ITLS and CPR C certification for Health Care Providers
- Current criminal record and vulnerable sector checks
- Current driver's abstract and ability to work assigned shifts
