Para Med’s Personal Support Workers support independence as part of the home and community care team. You will assist with personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and companionship. The work helps patients maintain quality of life while following each care plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with skin, hair, oral, bathing, toileting, and peri-care
- Prepare nutritious meals, snacks, and special diets
- Complete basic housekeeping tasks for patients
- Provide companionship in homes and community settings
- Support patient independence and quality of life
- Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
- Compassionate and caring patient interactions
- Reliability and flexibility
- Valid driver license and access to a vehicle
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen
