Sienna Senior Living seeks a Personal Support Worker for its Long Term Care team at Case Manor Community. The work includes supporting eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming according to individual care plans. You will also encourage resident connections, provide cognitive and emotional support, and assist with programs.

• Support daily living activities according to individual care plans
• Encourage use of glasses and hearing aids
• Maintain access to mobility and assistive devices
• Provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, oral, and dental support
• Encourage participation in individual or group programs

• Completed approved Personal Support Worker program
