Therapy Assistant Allied Health

Apply clinical and interpersonal skills as a Therapy Assistant at Two Hills Health Centre, supporting rehabilitation services through direct and indirect client care.

This regular part-time Allied Health position supports all ages across the health care continuum. You will work individually and within interprofessional teams under assigned audiologist, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, recreation therapist, or speech-language pathologist supervision. The work includes client-centered care and non-client services.

• Provide direct and indirect rehabilitation care across the continuum
• Work under assigned clinician monitoring and evaluation
• Collaborate with internal and external partners
• Contribute to quality improvement and program planning
• Support student supervision and team competency

• Diploma from an accredited rehabilitation Therapy Assistant program
• Equivalent training may be considered
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Professionalism and strong ethics in client-centered care
• Reflective thinking and commitment to lifelong learning
