Medical Equipment Patient Support Contractor

Support patients using AOTI’s TWO2 wound therapy through equipment delivery, setup, retrieval, and education in a field-based contractor capacity. Apply organization, problem-solving, and patient support skills.
Advanced Oxygen Therapy, Inc. offers a 1099 independent contractor opportunity for qualified service providers. Contractors manage assigned activities independently while supporting therapy adherence, maintaining equipment, documenting services, and communicating patient or equipment concerns. Services occur in patients’ homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform timely equipment delivery, setup, retrieval, and management
Provide patient education on therapy equipment and protocols
Clean, maintain, and manage equipment inventory
Identify and communicate concerns requiring escalation
Submit accurate service documentation promptly
Requirements:
Experience in healthcare, home healthcare, or medical equipment
Experience using tablets and web-based applications
Ability to work independently and manage service commitments
Reliable transportation for assigned territory travel
Valid license, vehicle, and automobile insurance
Deliver dependable medical equipment support while helping AOTI patients understand, use, and continue prescribed TWO2 therapy.
