This Personal Support Worker assignment supports a client living independently in her bungalow. Responsibilities include meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, shower assistance, walker support, transportation, and companionship. Her family remains actively involved and values clear communication about daily wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:- Help prepare for mornings and settle evenings
- Prepare or reheat meals and assist with breakfast
- Provide medication reminders from blister packs
- Assist with showering, mobility, and personal care
- Drive to medical appointments and errands
- Personal Support Worker certification
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Experience with mobility assistance and personal care
- Experience with medication management and memory care
- Valid driver's license and flexible schedule
Provide reliable mobility support, personal care, memory prompts, and transportation while helping this Essex client age in place.
