Provide personal care in Milk River with CBI Home Health, supporting clients’ safety, independence, and dignity in their homes.
As a Health Care Aide, you will support clients in community settings while keeping them and their families at the centre of care. Your work includes personal care, mobility assistance, light exercises, observation, documentation, and reporting changes. You may also complete light housekeeping tasks identified in care plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care in clients’ homes
- Assist clients with mobility and light exercises
- Observe and document changes in client condition
- Report client condition changes to your Manager or Supervisor
- Complete light housekeeping tasks indicated in care plans
- Active CLHA license in good standing
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening within six months
- Proof of a negative lifetime TB test
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds
Support safe, independent living in Milk River through personal care, mobility assistance, observation, and clear reporting.
