With over 25 years of industry experience, you'll work on payroll, recruitment, and workplace safety. Your ability to identify and solve challenges will help in fostering a collaborative and effective work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll and employee benefits with accuracy

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding operations

• Provide strategic support for performance and workplace issues

• Implement health and safety protocols and training

• Enhance HR administrative processes and documentation

Requirements:

• Solid HR experience, ideally in manufacturing

• Demonstrated ability to handle multi-faceted HR responsibilities

• Comfort in independent decision-making environments
