As a senior HR professional, you will act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership and navigate complex employee/labour relations.

Your role encompasses coaching, performance management, and executing key HR initiatives that reinforce Pepsi Co’s growth and sustainability goals. You'll build essential relationships that foster a collaborative ambiance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with Pepsi Co's vision

• Provide partnership and counsel to Sales leaders

• Develop and guide talent management strategies

• Lead workplace conflict resolutions and employee relations

• Ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulations

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience

• Solid grasp of labour relations and collective agreements

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management

• Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or relevant field

• Flexibility to commute between Bedford and Dartmouth
