Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll be instrumental in maintaining HR documentation, managing employee records, and coordinating recruitment. This vital role encompasses recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with health and safety processes. Your work will directly contribute to a positive organizational culture aligned with community values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date employee personnel files and documentation

• Prepare and manage recruitment activities and onboarding procedures

• Coordinate training sessions and maintain health and safety documentation

• Provide accurate HR policy information to staff

• Assist in HR audits and compliance-related tasks

Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in Human Resources or equivalent experience

• Minimum of two years HR experience required

• Strong competency in using HRIS systems

• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
