Key Responsibilities:

• Administer employee recognition programs and events

• Coordinate benefits and provide employee support

• Lead recruiting efforts and develop talent strategies

• Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations

• Support with HRIS training and operational tasks

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in HR or relevant field

• Experience in HR functions with a focus on employee relations

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of HR legislation and policies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS tools
