Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment and selection based on LLRIB policies

• Advise on current HR regulations and legislation

• Administer the employee benefits program

• Provide support on HR inquiries and policies

• Ensure adherence to personnel policies

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management with recruitment experience

• CHRP designation is beneficial

• Proficient in computer skills

• Strong communication and professionalism

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
