Position: Full-Time Human Resources Partner SK
Location: La Ronge

Elevate HR practices as a Full-Time Human Resource Business Partner with the Lac La Ronge Indian Band in La Ronge, SK. Drive recruitment, employee development, and performance management initiatives in the community.

In this vital HR role, you will report to the Director of Support Services and implement policies that affect staffing, employee relations, and training. You will assist in handling grievances while maintaining compliance with legal and organizational standards. Your contributions will significantly impact the staff experience across communities such as La Ronge, Sucker River, and Hall Lake.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop HR initiatives in line with business goals

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes

• Develop training programs with the Director Support Services

• Assist with performance management procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant work experience

• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

• Background checks required
