In this senior role at Accent Inns, you will partner directly with our VP, overseeing the People and Culture strategy and aligning it with our hotel operations. Your leadership will be key in enhancing employee experiences, focusing on recruitment and retention, and developing effective HR practices that embody our Core Values. Collaborating with multiple departments will be essential to ensure cultural cohesion across all properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance recruitment and onboarding processes

• Implement HR strategies supporting employee engagement

• Develop metrics for performance tracking

• Champion DEIB initiatives across teams

• Establish partnerships with key stakeholders and departments

Requirements:

• Extensive HR leadership experience in hospitality

• Proven track record in employee engagement

• Ability to foster a collaborative culture

• Comfortable with frequent property travel

• Knowledgeable in performance management systems
