In this 12-month fixed-term position, you’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to identify hiring needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Your expertise in sourcing and networking will help create diverse talent pools. Strong analytical and creative skills are essential for promoting our employer brand through various social channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Hiring Managers to identify talent needs

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout hiring

• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive networking

• Promote roles on job boards to enhance brand visibility

• Organize external events to connect with potential candidates

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related

• Experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruitment Marketing

• Strong collaboration and relationship building abilities

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Familiarity with Linked In Recruiter and Boolean searches
