** En tant qu'ingénieur de plateforme, vous serez responsable de la gestion des technologies middleware qui facilitent la communication et l'échange de données entre les systèmes d'entreprise tels que les plateformes CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) et les environnements SharePoint. Vous collaborerez avec des équipes inter fonctionnelles pour assurer la performance optimale, la scalabilité et la sécurité de ces systèmes, tout en gérant les couches middleware permettant des interactions fluides.

** Qualifications requises :
** Diplôme de baccalauréat en informatique, en technologies de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe. Plusieurs années d'expérience en administration middleware, avec une expérience spécifique dans le support des plateformes CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) et SharePoint. Expérience pratique avec la configuration, l'administration et l'intégration de SharePoint. Expérience avec des outils de surveillance et de dépannage (par exemple, Splunk, Nagios, Prometheus) pour les environnements CRM et SharePoint.

Expérience avec des plateformes cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP) pour l'hébergement des applications middleware, CRM et SharePoint.
** Compétences souhaitées :
** Expérience avec SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server et les migrations SharePoint. Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et approche axée sur le détail pour le dépannage et l'optimisation des performances.

* Required Qualifications:

** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. years of experience in middleware administration, with specific experience supporting CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics) and SharePoint. Strong knowledge of middleware technologies such as Web Logic, Web Sphere, JBoss, or Tomcat. Hands-on experience with SharePoint configuration, administration, and integration. Proficiency in scripting languages like Power Shell, Python, or Bash for automation and configuration management.

Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Splunk, Nagios, Prometheus) for CRM and SharePoint environments.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for hosting middleware, CRM, and SharePoint applications.

Skills:

** Experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and SharePoint migrations. Knowledge of integrating CRM platforms with ERP systems, customer portals, or custom applications. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes for middleware deployments.
