We combine machine learning, DeFi strategies, and intuitive design to make sophisticated digital-asset investing effortless for everyone. After closing a successful pre-seed round and finalizing our MVP, we’re expanding our go-to-market team.

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who can own all paid and organic acquisition across North America - driving wait-list sign-ups, B2B partner leads, and brand authority ahead of our public launch. You’ll be the first dedicated marketer in the region, reporting to the CMO and collaborating with product, design, and community teams.

Your Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategy:
    Build and execute a 12-month digital growth plan for the U.S./Canadian market (KPIs: CAC, sign-ups, engagement).
  • Paid Media:
    Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, X/Twitter, Linked In, Reddit, programmatic).
  • Content & SEO:
    Drive content calendars, landing-page copy, on-page SEO, and blog collaboration with our writers.
  • Lifecycle Marketing:
    Own email sequences (Mailchimp, Hub Spot, or Braze), segmentation, and A/B testing for wait-list nurturing.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Define dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, or Mixpanel), interpret data, present insights, and adjust spend.
  • Partnerships & PR:
    Identify North American influencers, KOLs, podcasts, newsletters, and media outlets; secure placements and AMAs.
  • Compliance Alignment:
    Coordinate with legal/compliance to ensure all messaging meets FINRA, SEC, and advertising guidelines.
Your Qualifications
  • 4–7 years of digital-marketing or growth-marketing experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, wealth-tech, or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success managing paid budgets of $50k–$250k+/month with measurable ROI.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Linked In Campaign Manager, and basic SQL/GA4 or Mixpanel.
  • Solid grasp of content SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, backlink outreach).
  • Strong copywriting skills—able to translate complex crypto topics into clear benefits.
  • Comfort navigating regulatory constraints around financial promotions in the U.S./Canada.
  • Data-driven mindset; can build dashboards and communicate insights to non-marketers.
  • Self-starter attitude, time-zone overlap with EST/PST, and excellent written English.
  • Bonus points for:

    - Previous Web3/DeFi community engagement - Experience with referral programs or ambassador campaigns - Hub Spot or Braze automation certification
