We are currently recruiting for a Specialist, Technology Enablement. We are seeking a qualified, dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our company.
Main responsibilitiesReporting to the Associate Director, Technology Enablement and Information Management, your key responsibilities will include:
- Change and enablement strategies
- Collaborate with the Advisor, Technology Enablement & Information Management to execute structured, people-focused readiness and adoption strategies aligned to technology and AI initiatives
- Support and execute readiness planning and develop tools that support stakeholder preparedness and engagement
- Enablement material/sessions
- Develop, maintain and continuously improve enablement materials including how-to guides, step-by-step scribes, videos, recorded walkthroughs, interactive presentations and SharePoint content (sites and pages)
- Tailor content to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity, accessibility and relevance
- Facilitate training sessions onsite, remotely and through workshops, adapting delivery to audience needs, maturity and readiness
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with project teams, subject matter experts and internal partners to gather requirements
- Engagement and support
- Act as a key point of contact between employees and internal team to align on system understanding, adoption approach and future capabilities
- Plan and deliver workshops, one-on-one sessions and engagement activities, as required
- Minimum 5-7 years professional experience and at least 3-5 years of experience in enablement and change management
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent business experience
- Certification in change management is an asset
- Strong understanding of M365 and modern AI platforms and tools (Copilot and ChatGPT)
- Pragmatic, result oriented, with strong problem-solving capacity
- Continuous learning mindset (professional curiosity)
- Strong work ethics, high standards of rigor and quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both in-person and virtually
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate individuals and groups
- Familiarity with Jira, Articulate Storyline, Camtesia and LMS systems considered an asset
- The position requires an advanced level of oral and written French and English. The successful candidate will interact on a daily basis with representatives of the Group's various entities based in North America and Europe
