Be a vital part of Marigolds and Onions as POS and Technology Support Staff for the RBC Canadian Open in Caledon, Ontario. Embrace fast-paced tech operations and on-site problem-solving.

This contract position is designed for individuals who excel in dynamic environments and are skilled in technical support. You will assist with setting up event technology and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Your hands-on experience will be crucial in ensuring all POS systems and devices function properly throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setup and troubleshooting of event technology

• Provide cabling and equipment installation support

• Resolve technical issues during event operations

• Ensure all devices are operational and effective

• Communicate issues and updates to the Operations Team

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event technology or technical support

• Comfortable with IOS and Android platforms

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting

• Physically able to lift and manage event equipment
