In this role, you will work with infrastructure components, monitor system performance, and implement best practices in areas like Microsoft Azure and SQL Server. Your expertise will be essential in managing user accounts and maintaining an efficient IT landscape. Collaborating with peers, you will support new site setups and lead regular system backups to safeguard data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain operating systems and software applications

• Monitor system performance for troubleshooting and optimization

• Manage user accounts and access rights efficiently

• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery plans

• Collaborate with IT teams for infrastructure setups

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field

• 3 to 5 years experience as a System Support Analyst

• Familiarity with Cloud and On-Premises environments

• Knowledge of TCP/IP Network Stack and services

• Valid Ontario driver's license for travel
