Location: Northwest Newfoundland/Eastern Labrador (Mary's Harbour)

Join Cogeco Connexion Inc. as a Specialist in QA Test Automation, focusing on AI evaluations and pipeline design. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality AI performance through strategic testing.

In this Specialist role, you'll collaborate with the QA Chapter Lead and AI squads to implement robust testing workflows. Your expertise will help build guardrails to monitor AI outputs and maintain high-quality datasets. You'll translate strategic frameworks into practical tasks and provide vital feedback to guide AI QA execution effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refine AI testing workflows for enhanced outputs

• Create guardrails for regression and safety detections

• Maintain high-quality datasets for AI benchmarking

• Partner with Dev Ops to integrate testing metrics

• Engineer automated pipelines for CI/CD workflows

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in QA or Software Engineering

• Strong scripting experience in Python or Java Script

• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD tools

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar

• Analytical skills for diagnosing AI behaviors
