Location: Renfrew County and Lanark Highlands Township (Deep River)

Drive IT efficiency as a Technical Team Lead at Magellan Aerospace, focusing on first-level support and daily IT operations. Support a small team while managing essential IT infrastructure elements.

This full-time permanent position involves leading technical initiatives for troubleshooting and system upgrades, ensuring adherence to standards and policies. You will be pivotal in maintaining network reliability, facilitating a smooth IT operation, and developing IT staff through coaching and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely technical support for end users

• Supervise IT team and promote professional development

• Coordinate hardware, software, and network upgrades

• Maintain documentation of helpdesk activities

• Collaborate on security initiatives with Corporate IT

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in IT support, with supervisory experience preferred

• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and network systems

• Familiar with Windows OS and Active Directory

• Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems

• Strong communication and organizational skills
