This role focuses on delivery in a rapidly growing technology firm. You will manage the deployment of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, ensuring each asset meets security and operational standards. Your responsibilities will include modern provisioning, hardware lifecycle management, and quality assurance to enhance the client's initial experience with their new technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft Autopilot and Intune for provisioning

• Perform custom configurations for client-specific setups

• Manage the lifecycle of hardware from receipt to shipping

• Maintain accuracy in the Asset Management database

• Conduct final audits to ensure functionality

Requirements:

• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year desktop support experience

• Proficient with Windows and Mac operating systems

• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware issues

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
