Job Description & How to Apply Below
Our client is looking for a UI/UX Designer to help design and improve digital experiences across web applications, mobile experiences, and internal operational tools. You’ll work with product and engineering teams to translate real operational workflows into intuitive interfaces, and you’ll contribute to consistent, scalable UI patterns as their digital ecosystem grows. This is a hands‑on design role ideal for someone who can own meaningful parts of a product experience, collaborate well across teams, and ship iteratively.
Responsibilities- Design end-to-end user experiences for Web applications, Mobile applications (strong plus) & Internal operational tools.
- Translate complex workflows (ops, capture, servicing, internal processes) into clear, usable interfaces.
- Create and refine user flows, wireframes, interaction design, and high‑fidelity UI.
- Ensure designs are practical to implement, ship cleanly, and scale well, by partnering closely with developers.
- Partner with product owners and operations stakeholders to understand user needs.
- Help define and document components, patterns, and UI standards while promoting consistency across products.
- Use AI‑assisted tools to accelerate exploration and iteration.
- Create prototypes (Figma and/or lightweight functional prototypes) to quickly validate ideas.
- Help establish where AI‑assisted workflows can improve speed and quality in the design process.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or interaction design, creating prototypes in Figma.
- A portfolio showing strong UX thinking and UI execution (web required; mobile is a plus).
- Experience designing for real‑world constraints (engineering, timelines, messy requirements).
- Solid grasp of usability, accessibility fundamentals, and modern UI patterns.
- Strong communication skills—able to explain decisions and collaborate effectively.
