L3 Data Center Support Technician

As a Data Center Technician III, you will be responsible for key data center operations including server and network hardware installation, troubleshooting, and asset management. Your effective communication and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) will play a vital role in maintaining quality service levels. Familiarity with Linux systems and networking hardware command line interfaces is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation of server and network hardware

• Troubleshoot layer 1 issues as necessary

• Communicate clearly and document all activities

• Actively participate in change management

• Maintain asset management data accurately

Requirements:

• 4+ years in rack and stack experience

• Proficient with Linux operating systems

• Preferred CompTIA Server+ and ITIL certifications

• Knowledge of networking protocols and hardware

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
