Our Banking client is hiring for Senior Integration Engineer focused on production support, operational stability, backend integration reliability, and incident management across enterprise integration platforms
.This role sits at the intersection of Dev Sec Ops enablement and production operations

Job Description:
Integration Technical Lead - Operations:

Must Have:

12+ years of experience designing and leading high-scale, high-availability backend/API systems

Strong hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services and Mule Soft integrations

Deep production operations experience including monitoring, alerting, incident response, RCA, and post-incident reviews

Strong experience with APIs, messaging systems, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems

Proven Dev Ops experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops, including build, release, and deployment automation

Experience improving platform reliability, observability, and operational excellence

Strong monitoring/observability experience using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana, Splunk, or similar tools

Strong understanding of Dev Sec Ops and secure SDLC practices

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Job Description:
Sr. Integration Engineer (Production Support/ Operations):

Must Have:

8+ years of experience designing and leading high-scale, high-availability backend/API systems
.

Experience with .NET/Azure Integrations (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management) ;
Mule Soft integrations

Strong expertise troubleshooting complex production incidents across (APIs, Integration platforms, Backend services)

Proven Dev Ops experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops
, including build, release, and deployment automation.

Strong scripting and automation experience using Power Shell, Bash
, or similar technologies

Strong programming and backend engineering experience building scalable and resilient services

Deep knowledge of monitoring and observability tools including Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, Splunk)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
