Position: Onsite IT Support Technician Role
Location: Ontario Centre (Queensville)

Join DXC Technology as an Onsite Field Services Technician in Sudbury, Ontario and leverage your technical skills to support tablet deployments. Engage with clients to ensure smooth operations of their systems.

In this role, you'll be pivotal in resolving system-related issues by interfacing with end-users and collaborating with vendors. You will require 2-5 years of IT support experience, focusing on Android and Apple tablets, along with knowledge of MDM solutions. Your responsibilities also include imaging devices and maintaining inventory, ensuring all assets are efficiently tracked and managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with end-users to resolve complex system issues

• Manage software troubleshooting for tablets

• Deploy tablet devices and handle refreshes

• Coordinate inventory for tablet assets

• Document and maintain technical processes

Requirements:

• High School diploma or G.E.D. mandatory

• Experience with Android and Apple tablets necessary

• Familiarity with Azure, Intune, and Office 365 products

• Certifications like CompTIA A+ preferred

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
