MNP is seeking a technically skilled NOC Tier 2 Analyst to join its Managed Security Services team. Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve escalated application incidents

• Analyze performance metrics and logs for root causes

• Manage patch cycles for Windows Server operating systems

• Execute configuration changes across network devices

• Document incident resolutions and technical findings

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in NOC or similar support role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Windows Server and networking concepts

• Relevant certifications in IT security preferred

• Familiarity with backup solutions and Azure management
