This critical role focuses on ensuring that hardware is secured, standardized, and equipped for client productivity. You will work with tools like Microsoft Intune and perform quality assurance checks to provide clients with an exceptional first day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare client assets using modern provisioning tools

• Execute custom configurations for legacy client needs

• Oversee hardware lifecycle from unboxing to shipping

• Ensure accuracy in the CMDB for asset tracking

• Conduct audits to verify equipment functionality

Requirements:

• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience

• 1 year of desktop support or imaging experience

• Proficient in configuring Windows and Mac systems

• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory

• Strong customer service and communication skills
