At Deluxe, you will focus on the stability of operational applications within the ITMS support team. Your responsibilities will include monitoring application performance, diagnosing issues, and implementing software updates in a 24/7 environment. The position requires essential mentorship to promote team skill development and operational excellence while managing rotating shifts that include overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enhance the performance of SaaS operational environments

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software incidents effectively

• Coordinate software installations and upgrades with teams

• Prepare ITMS plans for scheduled releases

• Mentor peers and document operational activities

Requirements:

• Associate's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science

• Three years of technical analysis experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Server and MS SQL is essential

• Strong skills in problem-solving and incident management

• Familiarity with Linux and programming experience is beneficial
