As part of the GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme, you will utilize your Computer Science background to enhance the quality and usability of geospatial datasets. Your responsibilities will include developing applications, conducting quality checks, and engaging in real-world data verification to ensure comprehensive accessibility information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure geospatial apps for user engagement

• Perform quality checks on basemap accuracy

• Maintain and update map content regularly

• Collect field data to verify accessibility features

• Identify barriers affecting wheelchair accessibility

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field

• Basic knowledge of Python programming

• Understanding of front-end and back-end development

• Familiar with database management

• Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm to learn
