You will engage in various aspects of technical support, from VoIP systems to network security, within a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver help-desk support for hardware and software issues

• Maintain the VoIP telephone system efficiently

• Troubleshoot and enhance network performance

• Manage deployment of updates and anti-virus solutions

• Support in-car systems, including cameras and audio devices

Requirements:

• Two-year college diploma in computer studies

• Experience with personal computers and network devices

• Advanced knowledge of VMware vSphere

• Understanding of ITIL principles preferred

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
