Position: User Support Technician with CompTIA

Enhance user experiences as a temporary User Support Technician, focusing on network performance and technical assistance. This role requires a details-oriented approach and excellent communication skills to troubleshoot effectively across various platforms.

This position is ideal for individuals with a Bachelor's degree and over five years of experience in computer hardware or software settings. You will provide technical support for ISP environments, manage incidents, and ensure that users receive the guidance needed to resolve their technical issues. Supervising junior staff and consulting technical documents are also key aspects of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grant access to designated computer networks

• Report on system and network performance

• Assist users facing technical difficulties

• Organize a log of problems and solutions

• Supervise junior technical support staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience

• CompTIA Security+, MCSA, Network+, A+ certifications

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

• Extensive knowledge of various operating systems

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
