As the IT Manager, you will oversee the continuous improvement of enterprise applications, ensuring they meet organizational objectives and operational efficiency. You will provide technical leadership in managing comprehensive enterprise applications, primarily IFS ERP, while implementing a robust data strategy, enhancing decision-making processes across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the alignment of ERP systems architecture with enterprise strategy

• Develop data strategies, focusing on MDM and Business Intelligence

• Manage teams to ensure effective solution delivery and metrics

• Supervise the IT PMO and ERP administration practices

• Ensure compliance with best practices for security and documentation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing ERP systems

• Strong technical knowledge of relational databases and reporting

• Familiarity with UKG and ITIL frameworks is a plus

• Proven skills in complex project management
