We are looking for a proactive Service Now Administrator with a keen eye for detail and over three years of experience in enterprise IT. You will be responsible for maintaining the Service Now platform, enhancing automation workflows, and ensuring compliance. This role also demands strong scripting skills and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities   Administer and maintain Stantec’s Service Now environment
Implement custom scripts and business rules effectively
Develop integrations with external systems and tools
Build automation workflows to improve operations
Ensure compliance with security and data standards
Requirements   Service Now Certified Application Administrator (CSA)
3+ years of Service Now administration experience
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and AngularJS
Familiar with API frameworks and ITIL principles
Robust communication and documentation skills
