Become a vital resource for Positrace as a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist. Deliver expert support for GPS products in both English and Spanish, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Positrace seeks a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in Helpdesk or Technical Support. You will assist customers across Canada, the USA, and Mexico with GPS tracking issues. This role requires technical knowledge of electronics and effective communication skills to cater to various user technical levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide telephone and online support for GPS tracking customers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Take ownership and follow up on customer problems
• Document all support interactions in ticketing system
• Build lasting relationships through excellent customer service
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in technical support roles
• Strong understanding of electronics and connectivity
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
