Harris is hiring an IMIT Business Solutions Analyst located in Mirabel, QC or Enfield, NS to drive impactful engineering solutions for business needs. Engage in transformational projects to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability.

As part of the Engineering Enabling Systems team, you will analyze client requirements, facilitate workshops, and map business processes while supporting the delivery of efficient IM/IT engineering solutions.

Your role will be crucial in coordinating project teams and ensuring high-quality implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document client IM/IT requirements

• Facilitate workshops for capturing needs

• Propose and document optimized processes

• Test and validate solutions to client expectations

• Participate in multidisciplinary project bid teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science related field

• Knowledge of ENOVIA 3DExperience Tool and PLM systems

• Experience in translating business needs into technical requirements

• Proven project management experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
