Your primary focus will be providing assistance via call or chat, maintaining service tickets, and managing hardware repair tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve service tickets effectively

• Support customers remotely via voice and chat

• Complete repairs and assembly on diverse tech devices

• Travel to various locations for installations and service calls

• Guide users on appropriate technology usage and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Minimum one year in a tech support role

• A+ certification or willingness to obtain

• Successfully pass a background check

• Class 5 Yukon driver’s license mandatory

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
