Position: Infrastructure Support Analyst for IT Services
Location: North Interlake (Stonewall)

Join our IT team as an Infrastructure Support Analyst. This hybrid role is dedicated to troubleshooting and enhancing support for enterprise-level Windows systems and 365 applications.

You will be responsible for offering Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for diverse employee technology needs, focusing on Microsoft 365 and Windows environments. Your contributions will include workstation provisioning, network troubleshooting, and supporting internally developed software. Collaborate with key teams to drive IT improvement initiatives that enhance system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Active Directory user accounts and permissions

• Troubleshoot networking issues and connectivity problems

• Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures

• Assist with server administration and system monitoring tasks

• Engage in IT projects involving cybersecurity and cloud services

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar

• 2+ years in enterprise Windows support

• Knowledge of endpoint management platforms

• Understanding of ITIL concepts and service management

• Exposure to IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible
