Location: Central Yukon (Dawson City)
Become an IT Technician with Air North in Whitehorse, Yukon, where you’ll support our dedicated employees with urgent tech solutions. This full-time role is all about keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting Air North team members with essential hardware and software challenges.
Your role encompasses troubleshooting, inventory management, and documenting procedures to ensure a better understanding of technology use across the company. Passion for technology and a commitment to service is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage responses to service inquiries via multiple channels
• Troubleshoot both software and hardware issues effectively
• Keep inventory tracking systems current and precise
• Setup hardware and software as requested
• Document tech processes for ease of access
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in IT required
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License a must
• Strong sense of accountability and integrity required
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
