Ericsson Canada is seeking a skilled Wireless Telecom Network Technician to oversee LTE and 5G installations. This field service role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring end-to-end service availability.

Working with Ericsson, you will manage installations and support of wireless RAN and core network systems throughout Canada. Your expertise in RF testing, troubleshooting, and network optimization will be crucial as you operate in both cell sites and data centers. Flexibility for on-call duties is vital for this position, ensuring rapid response to critical network needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain LTE and 5G infrastructure

• Perform RF testing and network troubleshooting

• Support microwave backhaul installation

• Manage incident response and emergency restorations

• Execute planned maintenance and hardware swaps

Requirements:

• Diploma in Telecommunications or related field

• 3+ years of telecommunications experience

• Valid tower climbing certification

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and standards
