In this leadership role, you will guide the administration of essential application management systems utilized by MNIT’s Human and Social Digital Services. Your focus will be on designing database applications, providing technical support, and ensuring the effective operation of technology infrastructures. This position demands both technical know-how and the ability to lead projects positively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer critical application management systems across divisions

• Provide technical expertise in database application design

• Manage day-to-day operations and reporting

• Facilitate project enhancements and system improvements

• Support a stable operational environment for technology systems

Requirements:

• Five years of applicable IT experience in infrastructure support

• Proven skills in networking protocols and system troubleshooting

• Experience with IIS and Active Directory administration

• Strong communication skills

• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
